I'm Winsome Alexander, a transformational guide, self-empowerment mentor and former founder/publisher of OUTSPOKEN magazine - The Voice For Adult Survivors of Childhood Trauma.
As a Transformational Guide empowering individuals through healing, spirituality, self-discovery and personal growth, I'm dedicated to guiding us toward connecting with our original, sacred self and celebrating our divine inner power. As such, I emphasize self-love, mental wellness and visualization to inspire and uplift through the Big Up Yu-Self Show, WE ARE CREATORS VISUALIZATION clinic and other events.

The Big Up Yu Self channel exists to allow you to celebrate your self, your wins and your accomplishments. You have been through some stuff, overcome some challenges, done incredible things despite the odds and your story should be told. You should be commended for your resilience and creativity and your self-empowered choices. You have taken charge and created the life you want for yourself or you are in the process of creating that life so, Big Up Yu Self!
Big Up Yu Self is a Jamaican term, translated to mean celebrate yourself. Whether anyone else applauds you or not, I want you to applaud yourself because no one knows the details of your story and the road you had to travel like you do.
This show features captivating conversations with everyday people that help you recognize and walk in your power after surviving trauma - it’s about giving yourself credit where you deserve credit - speaking up for yourself - building healthy self esteem from deep and abiding self love and showing up as you were originally created to.
