Hey, I’m Winsome Alexander - you may know me from The Big Up YuSelf Show - where we empower and celebrate the original you. When I bought my first home in Springfield, MA there was no real reason I should have been able to purchase that house except I just wanted it so badly.

​

I would sit across the street of the house on the sidewalk every night and stare at the house imagining living in it, imagining it being mine...until eventually and despite all the odds stacked up against me, I did move into that house.

​

Later, I realized that I visualized and manifested that home from nothing but desire and thoughts, followed by some action of course. But mostly, it was the unwavering belief and the vision of owning the home.

​

But it all began with a thought - I want a home! Owning that home began the moment I had the thought and that thought along with imagery began creating the reality of me living in that home for 8.5 years! Since then, I've used visualization to create many things in my life.

But not understanding how to effectively use this power tool, I also created some not so good things - chaos, turmoil, stagnation. And some things took way longer than they should have. But then I learned the power of purposeful (or intentional) visualization and how to create the things I want faster.

And I have created a visualization clinic to show you how to use this ancient practice and show you how I have used it to create some amazing things in my life.
